Free emails are addressed in the format [email protected]. These are provided by free services and don't require any setup or coordination with Floranext.
Vanity emails, on the other hand, are in the format [email protected] and require a particular setup with Floranext to handle your Floranext website email correctly.
Vanity emails can be more desirable as they look more professional to customers than @gmail.com or @yahoo.com emails and are easier to remember.
A vanity email service is typically offered by your domain host or registrar, not Floranext. If we're managing your website, we can help you connect your email using the MX records supplied by your email client.
Accessing GoDaddy Vanity Email
Checking your GoDaddy email is easy; just log in with your full email address and password here.
If you don't know your email address and password, you can go directly to your web mail by logging into GoDaddy and clicking Email > Launch, then the envelope icon.
Finding Your MX Records
Your email client provides records for mail exchange (MX records) to add to your DNS. If you have a Floranext website, let us know which email client you'll be using, and we can add the MX records to your domain hosting to transfer your email. If your website is hosted and managed elsewhere, you will need to provide that hostwith your email client's MX records.
