Tieing Tax Rates to Delivery Zip Codes

After changing your tax rate settings, navigate to Settings  ➜  Delivery Charge.

You should find a named tax rate under the Sales Tax Rate dropdown menu. Choose the appropriate tax rate for the zip code.

Don't forget to save your changes!

Checking Tax Owed to Different Municipalities

Navigate to Reports ➜  Sales Report and set the date range as desired.

Click Show Advanced Options (in blue) to view your different tax rates.

Here, you may check or uncheck local tax rates and click Create Report to see what tax is owed to each local tax area.
