Am I Eligible for a Stripe Upgraded Account?

To make sure you're eligible for a Stripe Upgraded Account you must make sure you are not connected to any other apps that Stripe may offer in their Marketplace. 

How can I start the process?

  1. First, navigate to your Stripe Dashboard to see if you have any installed apps. If you're logged in you can simply follow this link: dashboard.stripe.com/settings/apps.

    Apps may also be visible in the menu under More  Apps. See below for an example without any apps installed.

  2. Next, review any installed apps and review them with Floranext's Merchant Services team. Note: A screenshot would be a great way to start the conversation!

  3. Lastly, uninstall any unneeded apps. For the easiest upgrade uninstalling any apps would be required. Please coordinate with your Merchant Services rep for guidance through this process.
