Take Order Page Setting


This tutorial will help you to navigate this section and understand how to customize your Floranext POS to your liking.


To start, we will navigate to Settings > POS Settings. Here we will fine several options to customize as needed.


  • Accept Wire Out Type Orders: Enable this setting to accept Wire Out Type orders from the Take Order Page, capture information specific to Wire Out orders and add Wire Out reporting.



  • Allow Delivery or Pickup Times: Enabling this setting allows you to capture a preferred Delivery or Pickup time on the Take Order Page. This will not be required for all orders.



  • Auto-Select Employee: If enabled, once an employee is selected on the Take Order Page, it will remain selected for as long as you are logged in or until you update it.

 


  • Subscription/Standing Order Notification: A notification will appear at the top of your admin the number of days before a Subscription/ Standing order should be delivered. 



Advanced Settings


  • Require Customer Phone Number: Enable this setting to require customer phone number in the take order process.


  • Require Recipient Phone Number: Enable this setting to require recipient phone number in the take order process.




Adding Employees


There are 2 types of employees that can be added, designer and driver.


  • Designer: The individual who will be select at the start of the take order process


  • Driver: The individual that will be assigned a route in deliveries.




Note: if driver only is enabled, that employee will only show in the routing menu.
