Every Advanced Proposal can generate and print a comprehensive Shopping List of your Components across the entire Proposal. This will include each Flower or Supply component you've added to an Item, and it's Cost, Markup, and Quantity.
You can access it by locating and clicking the Print button at the top of the Proposal you are working on and selecting Shopping List.
How to Print a Worksheet
Similar to the Shopping List, the Worksheet can be seen as another way to print and present the information from the Estimate feature. Worksheets, however, organize the same information into each item you have created on the proposal you're working on.
This can be helpful when you're in the construction phase before a wedding or event. Designers can use the worksheet as a reference tool.
You can access it by clicking Print at the top of the proposal and selecting Print Worksheet.
