Adding New Product Inventory

When adding a product by navigation Products> Products, you are given the option to manage inventory. When you are finished filling in the product's basic info, scroll down to the "Tax, Inventory, more' section. 

Set Manage Inventory to Yes. 

It is recommend to set stock status to "yes". This is for if the product is in stock. if set to no, it will not be available on the website. The system will automatically set to No once the stock hits 0. You will have to reenable once you get more stock in.  

Finally enter the quantity of product.

Bee Sure to save your changes once you are complete!

Managing Inventory

To manage you inventory, navigate to Products > Inventory.

This is the screen that will show you all of your products that you have enabled tracking for and their units. When a unit of a product gets sold, the unit will be automatically deducted from this count.

Print Report: This option will allow you to print an inventory report with product ID, name, unit price, and units available

Export Report: This option will trigger a download for a CSV/Excel spreadsheet to your computer. It includes product IDs, names, unit prices, and units available.< 20MB)
