Your wedding and events business might be managed by an entirely different department or team. This might create the need to have a unique email address for this piece of the business. Perhaps your email address is weddingflowers@flowershop.com, and you want all correspondence to go through that channel. To do so, follow these steps:


  1. Navigate to System > Configuration, then on the left menu find Store Email Addresses
  2. Set Custom Email 1 or 2 to the sending email they would like
  3. Go to Sales Emails further down on the left side menu
  4. Expand the Proposal Email Template section, then under New Order Confirmation Email Sender, set this dropdown to Custom Email 1 or 2 (be sure to use the same number for both!)


Don't forget to save it!
