When switching from one florist web host to another, you may see some broken links on your website.

For example, the Contact Us page that could previously be found at yourwebsite.com/contact-us might move to yourwebsite.com/contact.


Search engines are usually quick to pick up on this change, but sometimes it's helpful to add redirects.


Let your onboarding representative know you will need permission to add URL rewrites. Once this is switched on, it can be found under Products > Advanced > URL Rewrite Management.

  • Click Add New and then select the appropriate option from the menu. Choose Product if it's a product redirect or Custom if you want to set up a redirect for a specific page like Contact Us.


  • ID Path is a unique value. Request Path and Target Path should contain values without leading slashes.
