House Account Billing | Removing or Resetting House Account Late Fees

You can completely remove any late fee from a House Account by following the steps below:

  1. Pull up the House Account by going to Reports > House Account
  2. Enter the name of the house account in the search box to the right of the house account report page, under Print Selected Invoice
  3. Click the Reset Late Fee button located on the far right hand side of the screen—this should remove and clear any Late Fees incurred
