I received a website order notification, but no order is showing up in my Orders page

Very occasionally, the website order notification will show up without an order showing up in your dashboard—there is no need to worry! Your dashboard will always show you an accurate accounting of your orders.

Floranext uses a third-party service for order notifications, and occasionally these messages are delayed by hours. While these are typically very quick (seconds after an order is placed), we don't have full control over the sending. 

Please check your dashboard, if there is no new order you can ignore the notification.
