How Do I Use My Floranext Dashboard?

Below is an overview of several of your most important Floranext dashboard options.


  • Add Product: Quickly add a website/POS product
  • Products
    • Website Products: Edit or view your website products and enable/disable display categories on website navigation bar
    • POS Products: Same as above, but for products only available for sale in POS, not website
    • Designer's Choice: Settings for Designer's Choice custom item (which pages it appears on, what the default price is, enabling/disabling Designer's Choice product, etc.)
  • Inventory: If Manage Inventory is enabled (Settings > Store Info), whenever an item is purchased it will be deducted from the product inventory. Use Products > Inventory to set initial inventory
  • Promotions
    • Coupons: Create a coupon code for your customers
  • Front Page Products: Add, remove, or organize the products that appear on your website's homepage


  • Content
    • Blog: Add posts to your shop's blog
    • Pages: Create or edit non-product pages for main site navigation, including disabling default pages (Testimonials, Our Partners) and setting up galleries
    • Local Pages: Add pages for local towns, hospitals, businesses, churches and funeral homes, etc. to allow customers to see 
    • Footer: Add or edit footer text
  • Design
    • Front Page Products: Organize the products on the front page of your website (same as Products > Front Page Products)
    • Banner: Choose one of our premade banners to add to your site's homepage or upload your own
    • Background: Choose the background for your website (only available if your site is using a Standard Theme)
    • Top Bar: Add or edit top bar text
    • Theme: Choose from one of our premade themes to alter the "look" of your website (Standard Themes can use Backgrounds, but Advanced Themes have more options including accent color, theme widgets, and white/black background color)
    • Logo: Upload or change your shop's logo that appears on the website homepage and will be printed on POS tickets (will not change your logo on proposals or email signatures—this is done under Settings > Proposal Settings > Proposal Settings, and Settings > Store Info, respectively)
    • Nav Bar Manager: Enable or disable the links on your nav bar


  • Store Info: Edit your shop's basic information (name, phone number, address, etc)
  • Delivery Charge: Add or edit your delivery zip code charges—if shop has Floranext POS, you can also add/edit your delivery by distance settings
  • Wire Service Settings: If you are a member of FSN, you can enter in your username/password for integration. You can also set the wire out fee for your website and add non-FSN wire services if needed
  • Website Settings: Edit all of your website settings. This includes confirmation message, About Us page, delivery policy, store hours, social media, same day delivery, website order notifications, all SEO settings, and more
    • Delivery Calendar: Check mark the days that shop is closed to ensure no orders for that day. Also, you can select multiple calendar dates to "shut off" your website if it's a busy holiday or if you are closing shop for an extended period of time
    • By Price: Edit By Price requirements or toggle on/off
  • POS Settings: Edit all of your POS Settings. This includes: ticket options, house account options, Take Order screen options, employee names, product categories, etc.
    • Points: Enable loyalty points or edit the settings
    • Print Settings: Settings if you have cloud print enabled
    • Delivery Confirmation: Add or edit the delivery confirmation a customer receives when you mark an order to Taken/Delivered
    • Shortcuts: Edit your product shortcuts, card message, and address shortcuts
