• Q: When will my customers see the Add-On Popup? A: If the popup is enabled the customer will see the popup after selecting the Order Now button on a product page.

• Q: Will all of my products have the Add-On Popup? A: No, only products with Add-Ons enabled will have the Add-On Popup.
• Q: How do I make sure the right Add-Ons show on the right Product page? A: The Add-On Popup will only show the types of Add-Ons that you've assigned to your product. For example: A product with Everyday Add-Ons will only show add-ons for that type, and a product with Sympathy Add-Ons assigned to it, will only ever show those Sympathy Add-Ons.

How to enable the Add-On Popup:

To enable the Add-On Popup, navigate to Settings > Website Settings > Advanced and set Add-On Popup to Yes.
