What's the Marketing Report for?

 

The Marketing Report gives a view of what products were ordered by whom

 

The Marketing Report gives a view of the contact information of the sender, what product was sent, the recipient's name and the event (occasion.) It can be generated for a timeframe based on the order date or delivery date and can be exported into an excel file to sort and print.

 

 

For example, if you'd like to email all your customers who ordered the product 'Dozen
Roses' last year or those who ordered for a birthday, this report will show that information.

How to Generate Marketing Report

 

 

Navigate to Reports➜ Marketing Reports

 

Select a date range, then click Show Report

 

Choose to view the report by delivery date or by order date. You may also print and export the report if needed.

 

 

You will be able to see the following information:

 

• Order #
• Order/Delivery Date
• Customer First Name
• Customer Last Name
• Phone
• Address
• Address 2
• City
• State
• Zipcode
• Email
• Product ID
• Product Name
• Price
• Recipient First
• Recipient Last
• Event (if one was used while the order was taken)
