Partially Refund an Order

 

In your Floranext admin click ORDERS, find the order you wish to create a partial refund for and click View

 

Now select Edit in the Items Ordered section. 

 

From the Items Ordered you can now edit Delivery Charges and other fees or discounts. You can also remove items ordered or change the amount charged for any specific item. 

 

Any changes to dollar amounts will either create a partial refund for the adjusted amount or create an additional charge for the order.

 

 

 

Stripe Users: If multiple edits to products are made on an order this may cause a full refund to be issued in your Stripe portal. New charges will then be issued in the Stripe portal immediately after. More info on Stripe orders can be found here.

 


 

Full Refund

 

In your Floranext admin click ORDERS, find the order you want to cancel and click View, then press the Cancel button. If it was ordered on a credit card their card will be refunded in accordance with the guidelines of their financial institution. Typically, refunds can be expected with in 7 to 10 business days.
