Viewing and Editing an Order

Viewing Orders

 

To view your received orders, you will click on the Orders ➜ Orders.

 

Your orders will be shown listed from the recent at the top and the oldest toward the bottom. 

 

If you see an order with a yellow bell, that means it is a new order that the ticket has not yet been printed out for.

 

 

 

If you edit an order, it will re-highlight the order, even if you've printed the ticket for it. 

 

 

To view an order, click on the View button on the order. 

 

 

Once the page loads this will display the full order information. 

 


Editing an Order

 

There are a couple editing option to choose from. 

 

Items Ordered Editing: This will allow you to edit Delivery Charge, Discount, Wire Out Fee, Tip, and Product Info. You can also add additional products.

Delivery Information: Allows you to edit Time, Date, Delivery Instructions and Order Type. 

 

 

 

 

Address Information: Customer and Recipient Address Info can be editing in this section.

 

 

 

 

Changing address information will not recalculate shipping, tax or other order amounts.

 

 

Card Message: Occasion, font, and message can be edited here.

 

 

 


How to Print an Order

 

You can PrintPrint Receipt, or Print Ticket from this section too just by clicking Print and selecting the item you wish to print.
