Updating, Editing or Changing Gateway Information

The change fee of $15.95 applies for the following changes and is billed the day the change is made:

1. Company Name Change

2. Platform Change

3. Bank Account Change

 

 

Gateway Applications Approval Hours

Applications are approved within 30 mins during regular business hours.

Mon-Fri 7:30am - 5:00pm PST

During the holiday season, Christmas Eve (12/24/2015) and New Years Eve (12/31/2015), applications will be approved from 7:00am - 12:00pm PST. The USAePay office will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Error: 'Merchant Cancelled'

Typically means the payment for the USAePay gateway was unsuccessful. Update the application with correct billing info or call USAePay to unsuspend gateway.
