Refunds to a credit card can be created by cancelling an order or editing an order to a lower amount if that order was paid by credit card through Stripe.
Refunds can only be made to the same card that was used to pay for the order. For example, you can not credit a customer's credit card if no payment was ever made by that card.
Per Stripe's refund policy, the credit card processing fee will not be refunded to the Stripe account holder if a payment is refunded.
If you previously used Stripe Custom Connect, you may not be able to edit the order if it was created prior to your update date to Stripe Standard. Please contact Floranext Merchant Services for assistance.
