Business owners can now create employee user access through the Floranext portal. 

Creating User Access:

  • Go to your Floranext dashboard and go to the Person Icon located by the search bar

  • Click on Users

  • Click on the blue "Add" button

  • Enter in Employee's first & last name, email, and password. 

  • Select drop down for Role. Here you can select Manager, Employee, & Driver.
    • Manager has same access as the owner except for Billing and Store Credit Card information
    • Employee has access to main permissions except limited reports and no access to Billing and Store Credit Card information
    • Driver has access only to orders and delivery page. 

  • Once saved, the employee will use the email and password to log into the Floranext system.
