To add a new product, go to Products > Add Product.

The very first thing you will do is select the kind of product that you are adding. Is this for your POS, your website or is it a website add-on?

Product Categories

After you finish entering the above fields, it is very important to now assign it to a category. If you do not do this, you risk losing the product information you just entered.

Make sure you click all categories - not just the sub-category.

What I mean by this is, if its a Birthday arrangement you're putting in, you'll want to click the checkbox next to [Default Category], [occasions] & [birthday].
