If you'd like to manage your categories to add new ones or edit current ones, please click here to open a new ticket or give us a call at (415) 906-2850 so that we can enable this feature for you.
Once enabled, you will be able to use this section to edit or add categories and sub-categories for your proposals. To start managing, navigate into Events > Settings.
Order of Categories
To edit the order position that a particular category is in, first click the green "Edit" button to the right of the category, next scroll to the bottom of the page. Enter the desired row number and click save.
Edit a category/sub-category
First, click on edit to the right of the category or sub-category.
Next, to make the desired change, scroll to the bottom of the page, make updates and click "save category/subcategory"
Add a Main Category
First, scroll to the bottom of the page, leave the drop down menu blank and type the new main category name into the box and type in the desired row number, if you'd like the category to go to the top, leave the number at 0.
Finally, click add category.
Add a Sub-Category to a Main Category
First, scroll to the bottom of the page, choose the main category from the drop down menu that you would like to add this sub-category to.
Next, type the description of the sub-category in the text box and click "Add Subcategory"
